Postponed wedding

790 Anon [sage] 投稿日:2011/03/11() 21:12:36.01 ID:DYL5wHzy0
I’m stuck in the workplace right now cos of the quakes.
I could leave the office earlier today, but I wanted to finish off all my work since I was supposed to have long holidays from this weekend.
And the earthquake hit... That's why I'm still here.

Laugh at me...
I was gonna have wedding tomorrow at Yokohama, and honeymoon soon after that.
I’m so worried whether I can get refund from the wedding company…
The wedding dress I would rent out was a popular one and
The next person after me was already booked.
If I postpone the wedding, I probably won’t wear that dress...

HAHAHAHAHAHA

Great one! Being laughed at by someone means you’re alive.
People would cry if you were dead.
You might not be able to wear that wedding dress, but you might be able to get a photo of you in it later.
You can say “Might be able” now cos you didn’t die from the quakes.
Easier to count bad things around you, but try to count good things and live positively.
Glad that you and your beloved one are alive.

No friends

Hey I just watched the movie called “One missed call” and it was terrifying!!
What made me scared the most is the eccentric idea you actually get a call from someone!

Broken Nintendo DS

27 名前:名無しさん@お腹いっぱい。(新潟・東北)[] 投稿日:2011/03/16() 11:03:56.98 ID:w0J60cwMO
This is what I saw some times ago.

I’m in Miyagi now.
Early morning, I was in the queue of the supermarket.
There was a mother and her child in front of me.
The child was holding a broken Nintendo DS (the display was cracked and I could see some wires outside that are supposed to be inside it), and he pushed buttons from time to time to see whether it would work. But there was no response and he looked so disappointed.
Listening to his talk with his mum, it seemed like that NDS was a present from Santa Claus.
That child looked really upset, and he was worried that Santa might get angry about breaking NDS rather than be unable to play games.
People including me around him felt so sad and useless.
Then, one middle-schooler boy came to that child and handed over his own NDS to that child.
On top of that, the middle-schooler said “Santa asked me to give you the new NDS” and exchanged his NDS for the broken NDS. The child got happy and the mother, whose eyes were watery, bowed to that boy.

There is no electricity and water, not much food and its cold here.
But this made my feeling better.

By the way, the middle aged women seeing this gave that middle-schooler the food they bought.
That boy gave power to me so I want to give his power to you guys who read this post.
Let’s keep up!

Calling from the US

878 :チラシ sage 2011/03/15() 03:19:16.56 ID:nY59H+FN0
I don’t know where I should post this so I’ll just do it here.

A few hours ago, I got a phone call from my American friend whom I had met when I was studying in the US.
Answering the call, I heard really loud cheers over the phone.
I asked him what was going on, and he said he’d been calling me since he had seen the news about the earthquakes but couldn’t get through so he was really worried.
He was repeating “glad that you’re alright” while weeping over the phone.

I said I was in Kansai (Western Japan) and it’s relatively safe here so he didn’t need to worry that much but he was still sniffling and kept saying “I love you, I love you”.
I somehow started feeling bashful by hearing this, so I told him that I would misunderstand if he says so many times like that in a joking way.
Then he answered “I’m serious, I can’t come to your place right now but I’ll definitely come visit you when things are settled and will say what I said just now to you again face to face. I want you to give me the answer for this when I see you again”

Now I’m typing this while blushing so much.
I'm a guy and what can I say when I see him

Public toilet

When I went to the public toilet, someone was in one of the two toilet rooms, so I went into another.
As I sat on the toilet seat, the guy in the next room said
"How are you?".
But I didn't know what to answer.
I said "Not too bad" hesitantly.
"I see, by the way what are you up to right now?" said the guy next door.

I found it weird but I replied like this.
"Same as you, having a shit at the moment!"
Shortly after, the guy next to me whispered like
"Hey I'll call you back later. There's an idiot who answers to what I'm saying to you!”

In love with a 2D man

367 Anon: 2009/01/13() 08:31:14 ID:uQrVyLIM0
Please give me advices here.

I’m a housewife who married 4 years ago and now I have a child.
By some chance, I got keen on one anime series and I fell in love with a character in that series.
Since then, I haven’t been able to love my husband in a way you used to.
Now I would seriously like to separate from him.
I used to be unable to understand the people who fall in love with 2D characters, but now I can understand them.
The advices I would like today is whether I am disadvantaged in the court if I divorce him ‘because of being in love with an anime character’.
Do you think I will be charged for consolation money?
I haven’t talked about this to my husband. But he seems to think that I’m having an affair due to my different attitude.
You may think I’m kidding but I’m really serious.
Please give me some advices about this

Regarding the earthquake and tsunami

I've been reading earthquake-related threads since yesterday
and I've read lots of thank-you messages for the aid from other countries.
(at this stage, especially to Taiwan, that offered a great fortune of aid, New Zealand, which also offered help although they had experienced a huge quake only few weeks ago and still are still recovering, and the US, that made a decision to send navy ships.)
However the number of missing people is still increasing, and how much damage the quake and tsunami brought is not certain yet.
Please pray for Japan, and donate if you can.

PS; the images and messages like the ones on the below website seem to be helping cheer up those affected by the quakes and tsunami

Tsunami alert

Sending all my thoughts to those affected by the earthquake in Miyagi.
Tsunami alerts were issued for New Zealand, the Philippines, Hawaii, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia due to this earthquake. So please be careful if you are living in one of these locations.

When you evacuate, do not forget to have your cash, bank cards and credit cards. You should keep them in the pocket and carry them with you wherever you go.
You should also carry a radio.
And there are few more things you should bring with you.
  1. Plastic bags: bigger is better. You can keep water in it from the water wagon
  2. Plastic wrap: you can save water by laying it on the plate when having food. can be used as a substitute for bandage.
  3. Cushion: when you run outside, you can protect your head with this. By using it as a pillow, you can save your energy.
  4. Sneakers with thick sole: you can prevent your feet from getting hurt from broken glasses scattered on the street. Also it’s safer when you have to walk in the water.
Carrying all of them might be tough, but it would help you when you have even one of them.
The priority is, in order, plastic bags, plastic wrap, and a cushion.
When you go outside, be careful about your head and feet. It’s crucial not getting injured while evacuating.

  • Use a bicycle rather than a car. You could get stuck in a traffic jam.
  • If you abandon your car on the way of evacuation, leave the car key inside so that when ambulance needs to move your car, it makes rescuers easy to do it.
  • If there’s somewhere high nearby your place, run for that place. Even if the place is only 10m higher, it’s enough to save your life.
  • The second and the third waves of tsunami are stronger than the first one as the second/third waves absorb the power of the first one. So do not relax even after the first wave's gone.
  • Do not make a call if it’s not to confirm someone’s safety because it hinders others' call to police and ambulance.
  • The place you should evacuate to should be the firm building made of reinforced concrete.
  • Lastly, don’t hesitate to throw away your belongings when you’re facing a danger. The safety of your life is the most priority!!!

Handshake session

Yahoo! Answers

Q.
Can I go to the handshake session of the idol after touching my dick?

A.
I guess there would be a lot of guys like you.
Unfortunately, idols will probably wash their hand over and over after the session.
However, the molecule of your sperm will be taken by the hand of the guy behind you through the hand of the idol.
This guy is highly unlikely to wash his hand for a while.
He will probably smell his hand, think “I’ll never want to wash this hand!”, and wank with that hand.
The molecule of your sperm is rubbed into his penis, and eventually it will be mixed with the molecule of his sperm.

You can touch your penis, but do not forget to greet the guy behind you.

Ouija board

221 Anonymous :  07/01/10(Wed) 23:21:05
At elementary school, when I joined the Ouija board game,

Girl 1 “Does the boy who I fancy of have someone in his mind?”

N O O D L E S

Girl2 “How does the boy I’m in love with think of me?”

P I N E A P P L E

Girl3 “Do you think I can be that boy’s girlfriend?”

Y O G A   F L A M E

Somehow, whenever I joined them, the Oujia board got bugged.
So they didn’t play the game with me ever again.
